School Site Council
What is School Site Council (SSC)?
The purpose of this Council shall be to develop and recommend the Single Plan for Student Achievement, have ongoing responsibility to review with the principal, teachers, parents, other school personnel, and pupils, the implementation of the Single Plan for Student Achievement.
SSC will assess periodically the effectiveness of the program and will annually review the Single Plan for Student Achievement, establish a School Site Council budget consistent with the Education Code, and if necessary, make modifications in the plan to reflect changing improvement needs and priorities, and, finally, take other actions as required by the Education Code.
El propósito de este Consejo será desarrollar y recomendar el Plan Único para el Rendimiento Estudiantil, tener la responsabilidad continua de revisar con el director, los maestros, los padres, otro personal escolar y los alumnos, la implementación del Plan Único para el Rendimiento Estudiantil.
El SSC evaluará periódicamente la efectividad del programa y revisará anualmente el Plan Único para el Rendimiento Estudiantil, establecerá un presupuesto del Consejo Escolar consistente con el Código de Educación y, si es necesario, hará modificaciones en el plan para reflejar las necesidades y prioridades cambiantes de mejora, y , finalmente, tomar otras acciones según lo exige el Código de Educación.
